DON’T GO THIS ALONE!
It’s important to remember that when you sit down with a Naturopath we see you as a whole person and look for signs and symptoms that give clues to why your body is presenting with this particular issue. With the many options available below there may be some that aren’t a right fit for you. Rather than self prescribing it’s best to put yourself in the hands of a qualified health practitioner who can be objective in their view and see you as the whole person that you are. How long has the tinnitus been occurring for, as well as the underlying cause/drivers - will give an indication of whether healing will be fast or gradual.
