At Heals, our Naturopaths are available for informal health chats with you on the health shop floor - making natural health more accessible. We offer naturopathic appointments also, in privacy, taking on a select number of clients because we want to give the best individual care to you. Sometimes it can be hard to find a health practitioner that takes your concerns seriously. We are here for you, to listen, to guide, to advocate. What to Expect
We explore your current health concerns deeply, as well as then taking a deep dive into your complete health history from birth. Our Naturopaths use traditional diagnostics such as nail and tongue analysis. We refer you on for blood tests or functional testing should we feel this would be beneficial to you and your treatment or at your request. We aim for a maximum prescription of three products that are right for you - to treat your symptoms, but also the cause/imbalance for long lasting health results. A typical treatment length will be 3-4 appointments over 6-12 weeks depending on if your condition is acute or chronic. Healing is not usually linear and can tend to be up and down, but always on the upward trend with continual improvments.

Initial Consultation
Online, telephone or in-person. In this appointment we explore your health completely and devise the initial treatment plan. A follow up appointment is usually scheduled for 2 weeks after the initial naturopathic appointment. Email support is available between appointments should it be needed. Naturopaths are trained in Nutrition and will prescribe diet & lifestyle modifications along with supplement recommendations. Your Naturopath works on your treatment during your time together and also behind the scenes., researching and writing up your plan.

Follow-up Consultations
Online, telephone or in-person. A follow up consultation is recommended 2-4 weeks after your initial appointment to revise the treatment plan moving forward. We explore what’s improved and what needs to be worked on. Your Naturopath works on your treatment during your time together and also behind the scenes, researching and writing up your plan.
