I’m not the kind of naturopath who expects you to overhaul your life overnight or live on green smoothies forever. I believe in simple whole-foods, life balance, and finding what actually works for you.

My own journey hasn’t been and isn’t always perfect — I’ve had my share of energy slumps, busy weeks, and food temptations that have set me back to start again. I believe my body’s symptoms help to bring me into alignment, and I treat myself with compassion when I veer off track. That’s why I approach health with empathy, practicality and a good dose of real-world perspective.

Wholefood Philosophy

Food is powerful medicine, but it doesn’t need to be complicated.

I’ll guide you towards simple, nourishing meals using whole ingredients — and yes, there’s still room for coffee, chocolate, and Friday night pizza. My favourite recipes at home use minimal ingredients - such as my buckwheat pizza bases, healthy chocolate, pancake recipe, or a simple roasted sweet potato with olive oil and sea salt. I enjoy food and I want my clients to as well.

Trained as a whole-food chef I can help you to keep food simple, but also to bring out the flavour of your meals without reaching for packaged foods that upset the gut.
