A little about me..
As a qualified Naturopath, and having been in the industry for nearly 20 years, I know that the marketing, administration and online presence side of running a Naturopathic business can be challenging for many. The busier you get with client’s the more support you need to make sure that the business runs smoothly so that you can focus on your clients, their treatment plans and helping them achieve their health outcomes.
Having over 12 years experience in administration in a variety of roles I love to support other Naturopaths with this behind the scenes work as a Virtual Assistant. I’m organised, creative and have an outstanding attention to detail.
Virtual Assistant and Natural Health Administration Roles are my main focus, with a few clients here and there as my secondary focus. I keep up with current knowledge, training, and research in the industry, which helps with content creation and project work if needed. Area’s of focus are gut health, mental health and hormones (especially menopause and peri-menopause).

These are some of the services that I currently offer. My skillset grows with my clients needs as I continue to develop my skills with a can-do attitude.
CONTENT CREATION: Tailored to your brand, and your needs. Practitioners guide the way, and I jazz things up using uniform brand colours throughout the layout. I make sure that each post has a purpose and value, as well as being eye catching and catching prospective clients attention. I use relevant tags to spread your reach to your target audience, plan/schedule your content in advance, and share to stories on your social media platforms.
WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT & ADMIN: Setting up and managing your website to keep the content current and up to date for your business. I have designed my own website using SquareSpace and previously have used WordPress. I’m confident learning any new platform that will work the best for the outcome needed. I write and publish my own blog posts. Currently editing and uploading blog posts for a VA client, finding appropriate images and making sure the layout looks great.
EMAIL MARKETING: Using a platform such as MailChimp to design an appealing and informative newsletter to clients with an engaging layout, images, links and merge tags.
CLIENT & MARKETING MATERIALS: Handouts, educational resources, flyers, business card, brochures, booklets, presentations. I have a graphic design flair and love to use these skills and at a more affordable price for my clients.
PROCEDURES: I love setting up procedures that make work more seamless. I work fast, and pay great attention to detail.
CREATING RECIPES/CLIENT MEAL PLANS: I use That Clean Life, or other such similar programs to design the program that’s right for your client in terms of energy intake, protein, carbs, fibre, good fats, dietary preferences/needs.
CALENDAR MANAGEMENT: Scheduling appointments, client reminders, intake forms and onboarding processes.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION: Managing the email in-box, responding to enquiries over email/phone/practice management software, answering phone calls, following up on your client’s experience and rebooking their follow up appointments.
FUNCTIONAL TESTING: Organising testing for your clients, downloading their results, uploading to their files.
