Wholefood Philosophy

Food is powerful medicine, but it doesn’t need to be complicated.

I’ll guide you towards simple, nourishing meals using whole ingredients. My favourite recipes at home use minimal ingredients - such as my buckwheat pizza bases, healthy chocolate, pancake recipe, or a simple roasted sweet potato with olive oil and sea salt. I enjoy food and I want my clients to as well.

Trained as a whole-food chef I can help you to keep food simple, but also to bring out the flavour of your meals without reaching for packaged foods that upset the gut.
